Ray Wilkinson talks about Cecil and Leonard
Ray Wilkinson was a pioneering farm broadcaster who almost single-handedly changed the way agricultural news was reported in the Southeast. Ray spent more than three decades at Capitol Broadcasting Company and retired as a Vice President at Capitol Broadcasting County.
Ray loved to talk with people and hear a good story. Many of those “tall tales” turned into characters named Cecil and Leonard.
Come “sit a spell” and watch Ray deliver a bunch of country stories at a social function. Be careful, you might “bust-a-gut” from laughing so hard!
Video circa late 80’s. Location unknown.
