When the snow visited Eastern North Carolina during the first week of January 2018, Rocky Mount Mills became a winter wonderland.  RMM Event Services and Marketing Manager Julie Baggett braved the cold to snap photos of the picturesque views of the Tar River and the various properties at the Mill.
