Most of the guests were staff members of WRAL-TV and WRAL.COM. The program was spontaneous, unscripted craziness! Guests would offer comments on fun happenings in the local community and offer critiques on movies and other entertainment events.

    On September 16, 2009 the guest was WRAL Chief meteorologist Greg Fishel. The date marked the 10th anniversary of the landfall of Hurricane Floyd which devasted eastern North Carolina.

She also talked about how she met the man who became her husband and life in Iowa.
